About the villa

A detached villa in a very quiet, peaceful part of lower Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. It is 100% private and not overlooked, yet only about 8 minutes on foot from both the old harbour and the main promenade.

The south-facing private patio has sun all day, with a barbecue area that is perfect for dining outdoors, and a private heated pool for your sole use.

Inside, the villa has traditional décor, all on one level, with UK, US and European TV, Wi-Fi, filtered drinking water on tap, a modern security alarm and a safe. You do not need a car here, but if you bring one there is parking right outside the front door.
