About the villa
A detached villa on a 1,000 m² walled plot in a quiet, peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca, around a 10-minute walk from Playa Flamingo beach. It sleeps up to 10, so it suits couples and multi-family groups alike.
The heart of the villa is the semi-covered upper terrace, with a built-in barbecue, outdoor dining for 10 and sea views over Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura. Below, two south-facing sun terraces surround a private, solar-heated 12 × 7 m pool with a shallow end for children.
Inside you will find filtered drinking water on tap, Wi-Fi, UK, US and European TV on a new smart TV, a modern alarm system and a utility room with washing machine. A private driveway gives parking for up to three cars right by the front door.
